BEEF provides AI-powered analysis of user-uploaded text and screenshots ("Content") to offer feedback and suggestions regarding arguments and conversations. The service leverages third-party AI technologies.

3. AI Disclaimer

The advice, analysis, and scores provided by BEEF are generated by Artificial Intelligence. They are for entertainment and informational purposes only. The App does not provide professional legal, psychological, or relationship advice. You should not rely solely on the App's outputs for making significant decisions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it through our AI providers to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not violate the privacy or rights of others.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. We utilize RevenueCat to manage these subscriptions. Payments are processed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

6. Refund Data Sharing

By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEEF and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
